Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains how Indxtree Pty Ltd (ABN 22 699 760 113) ("Indxtree", "we") handles personal information on indxtree.com and across our tools, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

On this website: contact details you choose to send us (for example, emailing us about a bottleneck or partnership) and basic technical logs used to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site — pages viewed and referral sources. This sets cookies on your device and shares that activity with Google. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Our tools

Each Indxtree tool has its own privacy policy covering the data it processes — for RecruitScreen, see the RecruitScreen Privacy Policy. Across all tools our defaults are the same: customer and candidate data stored in Australia, no sale of personal information, and no use of customer content to train AI models. Some processing and some operational providers necessarily sit outside Australia; where that happens, the relevant tool's privacy policy names them and says what they receive.

How we use and share information

We use personal information to respond to you, operate our services, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with service providers who help us run the services (such as hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@indxtree.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
