This policy explains how Indxtree Pty Ltd (ABN 22 699 760 113) ("Indxtree", "we") handles personal information on indxtree.com and across our tools, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

On this website: contact details you choose to send us (for example, emailing us about a bottleneck or partnership) and basic technical logs used to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service — no cookies, no personal information, aggregate statistics only.

Our tools

Each Indxtree tool has its own privacy policy covering the data it processes — for RecruitScreen, see the RecruitScreen Privacy Policy. Across all tools our defaults are the same: data hosted onshore in Australia, no sale of personal information, and no use of customer content to train AI models.

How we use and share information

We use personal information to respond to you, operate our services, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with service providers who help us run the services (such as hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
