Australian businesses of roughly 5–200 people with a process problem they can point at: agencies, labour hire, manufacturing, logistics, venues, care providers, trades. If the bottleneck matches a tool in the workshop, you'll slot straight into that pilot. If it's new to us, it goes into the pattern pile — the bottlenecks we hear repeatedly become the next tools.
