FOR GROWING MANUFACTURERS

Less chasing.
A clearer view of the work.

We help manufacturers streamline the tasks between taking an order and completing the job. Improve handovers, reduce repeated entry and make progress easier to see—with tools your team can actually use.

Start where the office and workshop lose time.

Job tracking and blocked work

A useful update records what happened, what is holding the job and who acts next. We can configure a shared job board or introduce QR and barcode updates where they make work easier.

Check: time chasing progress, missing updates and how much effort the new record takes to maintain.

Approved drawings and instructions

Agree how a job is released, where the current instructions live and what happens when they change. Improve the process before adding another place to store files.

Check: search time, revision errors and whether the workshop can reliably identify the approved version.

Repeated data entry and reporting

Capture information once and reuse it where appropriate. We assess exports, permissions and available integrations before building a focused addition to the existing workflow.

Check: rekeying time, error correction and the ability to recover when an automated step fails.

Practical AI adoption

Turn workshop notes into draft updates, extract information from documents or help staff find approved procedures. Test representative examples and keep human checks where mistakes matter.

Check: time saved after review, accuracy, exceptions and how business information is handled.

Connect workshop information when it helps.

Some jobs need a simple manual update. Others may benefit from production data capture, sensors or equipment integration. We assess signal reliability, access, safety, commissioning and ownership before recommending a change. Seeing a machine run is not always the same as knowing a job is complete.

We agree installation and specialist responsibilities as part of the scope. Operational systems should have a clear fallback when a device, connection or automated task is unavailable.

EXAMPLE APPLICATIONS

Different workshops. Familiar handovers.

These examples show the kinds of improvements we can explore with your team. They are illustrative, rather than completed client projects.

Cabinetmaking and joinery

Follow drawing approval, cutting, assembly and installation readiness. Start with one shared release process or one source of job status.

Sign making and print

Make artwork approval, material availability and installation readiness visible before a job moves to its next stage.

Fabrication and machining

Track a job through external finishing, inspection or rework, where machine status alone cannot show what happens next.

Assembly and custom production

Reduce the effort of collecting checks and production notes, while keeping exceptions visible to someone who can act.

Implementation is part of the work.

We follow one workflow, agree a baseline, put a scoped change in place and test it with the people using it. Handover guidance, a process owner and acceptance checks help the improvement become part of everyday work. Practical instructions and knowledge transfer leave your team able to own the process. We can return when the next worthwhile problem appears.

Understand, simplify, build, embed, improve →
Can you work with our existing software?

Yes. We start with the tools you already have. Access, integrations, licensing and vendor constraints are checked before promising a connection or replacement.

Is this a full ERP replacement?

A full-system replacement is not the starting point. We look for a focused change with a clear benefit. If the problem calls for a broader platform or specialist partner, the recommendation should say so.

Do you only work locally?

We’re based in Melbourne and support businesses across Australia. We can review workflows remotely and arrange site work where needed, with access and travel agreed in the scope.

Make one worthwhile improvement.

Start with the bottleneck. We’ll agree whether the next step is a closer look at the process or a scoped implementation, then work with your team to make the change stick.
